Quality Improvement & Innovation Winter 2022
Have you an idea or is there something you would like to change in your area that would make a significant difference to the care of our patients taking into account the 6 quality dimensions: safety; timeliness; efficiency; effectiveness; equity; patient centeredness?
Grants up to the value of €20,000 are available
Successful applicants will be offered training, support and mentoring from the Quality Lead, Quality Safety & Risk Management Directorate.

- By clicking on the Application Form below you will be brought to an online form for you to complete.
- At certain intervals you will be requested to upload proforma letters from key personnel.
- These letters are listed below and can be completed and attached to your application.
