The Meath Foundation recognises excellence by awarding medals and bursaries that acknowledge and celebrate outstanding contributions in an area of expertise or to improving the delivery of a safer and better service to patients.
In 2024, the following awards and bursaries were announced:

- Roisin Boland Medal – Lyn Casey Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Gerry Fitzpatrick Medal – Dr Lushavia Govender
- Martin Feeley Medal – Dr Jessica Ryan
