Healthcare Research Grants
2009

The Meath Foundation invites applications for Research Grants
for research in any areas of healthcare delivery,
including medical, nursing and healthcare management.

Applicants must be members of staff of The Adelaide and Meath Hospital, Dublin Incorporating The National Children's Hospital.

The following Research Grants will be awarded:
Two Grants up to the amount of €75,000
Two Grants up to the amount of €50,000

In addition an exclusive grant of up to €60,000
will be awarded for research into
Stroke

Successful applicants whose projects cover 2 or 3 years should note
that they would not automatically receive funding for the second or third years.
Funding to cover these periods would require re-submission.

All applications must have the support of a Supervisor or Head of Department.

Successful applicants will be required to present a paper based on his or her work
to the Annual General Meeting of The Meath Foundation.
