An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday 22^nd September in the Liffey Room Centre for Learning & Development  at 5:00p.m., for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the  new Constitution as a Special Resolution in accordance with the Companies Act, 2014 for the purpose of updating the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company:-
